When you enter the holiday apartment, you are greeted by a small cloakroom in the entrance area to put your jackets and shoes before you take the stairs to the actual apartment. When you get to the top, you will find a bright, charming apartment that offers plenty of space for relaxation at 68 m².

The heart of the apartment is the bedroom with a spacious box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) - perfect for restful nights. Right next to it, a small workstation invites you to plan your day with a cup of coffee or write a final email.

The living room is the ideal place to put your feet up after an eventful day. The comfortable sofa bed (170 cm x 200 cm lying surface) not only offers an additional sleeping option, but also transforms the room into a cozy retreat - whether for a good book or a relaxing movie night.

While having breakfast in front of the large window in the dining area, you can look out over the surroundings. The morning sun bathes the room in warm light, while the scent of fresh coffee wafts from the fully equipped kitchen. Here you can cook to your heart's content - whether a hearty dinner or a little snack in between.

Another highlight is the bright bathroom with a large window. After a long day, you can relax and recharge your batteries in the bathtub with integrated shower.

The Dortmund/Unna interchange is right nearby; you can reach the accommodation from there by car in under 10 minutes. Alternatively, it is less than a 15-minute walk from Unna train station, or you can conveniently take the R52 bus and get off right in front of the apartment (at the Gerichtsstraße stop) in just 5 minutes. If you are arriving by car, a private garage is available for your use. Free street parking can also be found in the area surrounding the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet but central location of Unna. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center and everything necessary for everyday life is in the immediate vicinity (e.g. pharmacy and supermarket). The location is very well connected to transport. The highway is only a few minutes away from the apartment, a bus stop is right outside the door and the train station is also not far away. In addition, Unna is located directly on Dortmund and thus offers an attractive distance to the airport (10min./car) as well as to the Westfalenhalle, the exhibition grounds and the Signal Iduna Park (all can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car).
