House rules

For a relaxing stay – for you and everyone after you.

These house rules apply to all listings and accommodations:


  1. Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and midnight. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee and subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
  2. For check-in, a completed check-in form and copies of all identity cards or passports of all travelers are required. These copies will not be stored for German citizens. Access to the holiday apartment is not possible without this information.
  3. Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their own town or city. Please contact us directly if you wish to book in your own town or city.
  4. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways).
  5. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €500 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.
  6. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  7. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €50 per night for each unauthorized guest.
  8. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
  9. Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. In case of loss, a flat fee of €200 will be charged, plus the actual costs incurred for replacement and the time spent on repair.
  10. Systems for measuring noise levels may be installed in apartments to monitor excessive noise levels.
  11. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service before check-out.
  12. Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM must be observed.
  13. Please leave the apartment tidy (dishes washed, trash collected in the bin, and any major dirt removed). Please refrain from intensive cooking with strong odors or grease (e.g., deep-frying, searing fish). A cleaning fee of €100 will be charged for excessive soiling. Should the cleaning costs exceed this amount, we reserve the right to invoice you accordingly.
